Snow Day

We were all feeling kind of bad this morning, no energy, scratchy throats, runny noses.  But this afternoon we got some energy, played outside a little bit, ate some potato soup, made snow cream.

A Birthday Party

Jack went to his first classmates birthday party today, and it was for twins.  They had a scavenger hunt and hay ride, he had so much fun then he went to grandmas to visit his cousins.

Jack kept calling Nathaniel the cowboy and he was the horsie, um he was a little confused.

a visit and a couple of cards

Jack had a little playdate with cousin Gracie, they played squiggly worms, handy man, and Dr, also Jack tried his first piece of gum and of course he swallowed it.  Baby Lucy was just a smiles and giggles.  Jack got invited to his first classmates birthday party, the party is for twin girls, so I had to make a couple of cards.  These are cute but simple 10 minute cards.Then you have to wait for the stickles to dry, but the actual cards take 10 minutes.

Here he is trying hot chocolate for the first time in his JACK cup.  He did not like it at all, he likes cold beverages, haha I guess he gets that from me, cause I am not a big fan of hot beverages either.

Jack's second day of school

Jacks wonderful preschool teacher took some pictures for me on Jacks 2nd day of school, since the he was pretty overwhelmed on the first day.  I wish I could have taken off work to be there on his first day but we were too busy at work and with all of these great pics that his teacher took, I actually feel like I was there.

A card and Jack's first day of school

Here he is saying bye to me, cause sadly I had to work, but his Grandma (Elaine) took him.  The date stamp is wrong on my camera for some reason it is a day behind.  I know today was the 4th not the 3rd.

Here he is eating breakfast with his preschool teacher Miss Williams.  His Grandma told me that he was not so sure about drinking milk from the carton.
